Twenty-five years ago I started as a supply chain consultant. Every major chapter since has been inside warehouse operations — building systems that have to work when the trucks are waiting and the clock is running. Eight of those years were at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where I rose to Associate Director and led a cross-continental team deploying SAP EWM across multiple European countries, replacing 30-year-old legacy infrastructure. In between, I spent time on the SAP America product side — a lens most implementation consultants simply don’t have.
