Over 25 years, I’ve designed, built, and deployed SAP WM and EWM systems across NA and Europe, transforming warehouse operations for some of the world’s largest supply chains. My specialization is SAP Extended Warehouse Management. I’ve led 15+ multi-country SAP WM & EWM deployments, worked across Fortune 500 supply chains, and built a boutique consulting practice around one thing: warehouse management implementations that actually deliver on the ground.

About 8 years ago, a parallel path opened up. I started angel investing in India’s startup ecosystem and quickly realised that 20 years of enterprise operations had given me an edge that’s genuinely hard to come by. I’ve seen from the inside how large organisations evaluate new technology, work through the layers of consensus and change, and eventually make it part of how they operate. That operational depth is a real advantage when backing founders who are building for that world.

Today, two ventures define my work. SCMNOW is our boutique SAP EWM consulting practice — a lean, experienced team helping clients navigate complex supply chain transformations, S/4HANA migrations, and warehouse technology deployments. Plantain Tree Ventures is our investment vehicle, through which we have backed 14+ seed and pre-seed startups across SaaS, Consumer/D2C, and Deep Tech in one of the most exciting startup ecosystems in the world right now. The two worlds sharpen each other. Enterprise work keeps me grounded. Startup investing keeps me curious.
